Union Organizing Campaign Videos
Almost all of your employees watch television - it's how they get their news and their entertainment. They may read the letter to the home, but frequently they do not - it takes too long and requires more bandwidth than most employees want to allocate at teh end of a long day. Videos don't substitue for one on one communication, but they do effectively reinforce the message, and provide discussions that help isolate and identify issues to be addressed or resolved.

RMI's Labor Report |
| |
A news-style format that conveys your message to the workforce through an "anchor" person that is demographically appropriate to your workforce. These reports can be hard-hitting, investigative formats, or straight news-style that delivers the message without being overly partisan. |

Rolling the dice - Collective Bargaining Under the NLRA |
| |
This format uses a professional narrator to discuss "the risks, the rewards, the facts" about collective bargaining. Set against the backdrop of roulette wheels and dice games, the metaphor is not to be missed: the union will gamble with what's important to you. |

25th Hour Tapes/Testemonials - Choose wisely, vote no |
| |
Employees, managers and executives discuss candidly - and in their own words - their own reasons for wanting to remain or become union free, to support or accept a contract offer rather than go on strike, or why they support needed change initiatives undertaken by the employer. These videos offer powerful conclusions to a communications campaign, and are often used effectively in the days just before an election or ballot question. |

Strike Videos |
| |
Many employers want to emphasize to employees the risks and cost of a strike - to the employees and their families, to the company and its customers and even to the community. Whether narrated by a professional talent, or company spokesperson, these videos effectively dissuade employees from unionization or strike support. |
